Moody Mounts Superstock 1000 Challenge
Double Podium For Dilligaf at Mallory
A Night at the Races
In November the team organised an evening of fun and entertainment to thank all their supporters and sponsors for their continued support, and raise funds for the 2017 season.
With special guest Paul Owen, supporters were treated to a two-course meal, a TT mastermind quiz, live music and lots of games including Crash Test Moody and Mind the Gate, with trophies prizes for all the winners! The overall winner of the games and chocolate trophy was, Stafford Evans. There was a raffle and auction of motorbike memorabilia and signed photos of TT stars. The finale was the Moto GP race where bikes, heavily modified for indoor use, with Moto GP star stunt doubles Badley Sniff, Cal Crutchless, Stevo Simonchello, Iannone On-his-owne, Valentino Crossi and Fani Padrosa, took on Paul Owen and Steve Moody on the 37.73metre (not mile) TT course. With copious amounts of cheating, Badley Sniff took the chequered flag with Paul Owen requesting the chief marshal be sacked!
The evening was a great success and raised a grand total of £2803 for the racing as well as £165 for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Many thanks to all who came and donated prizes and auction items.
